They call me Sammy. Beyond bodywork, I adore my family. My regular joys include photography of bugs, mushrooms, rocks and such, roller skating, hiking/trail running, dancing, exploring nature, singing, playing guitar/ukulele, contemplating life's mystery, and learning to embrace my unique purpose.

Rapid Neurofascial Reset is an advanced pain relieving manual therapy. An approach that quickly alleviates pain be it chronic or from a recovering injury, improves  mobility, and enhances overall well-being.

Things You Might Want To Know

*You will stay dressed, wear comfortable fitting clothing to your appointment. 

*I will learn what your desired outcomes are and get to work making a plan to help get you there

* I will then palpate (feel) the painful tissues. Apply specific pressure directly to dysfunctional tissue while you or I take yourself through range of motion at my direction. 

*You will feel significant improvement, pain relief, within in your first session. 

*Some very painful conditions may require more than one appointment to desensitize. However,  If we don't see improvement or change in your pain within the first session I won't try to convince you to keep coming back, but I will reach out if I learn anything new that may help you.
